Throughout my year of covering festivals and shows alike I’ve noticed a group appearing on multiple line-ups and raising multiple eyebrows; they go by ZeroGravity. Throughout the year they’ve been kickin’ ass and gaining fans thanks to their ambient and unique sound production. Their vibe is pretty experimental as well as it is addicting with an enjoyable, relaxed motion to carry the listener along. Although their produced music has a relaxed vibe, their live shows are really something to experience.
Playing festivals such as The Pirate Party, SubOctave (where they absolutely killed it), UpNorth, as well as many others, they’ve acquired quite the following and have been drawing in festival goers everywhere.
Three months ago they released an EP on Mallable Music titled, \’The Waxing Gibbous\’ that carries its unique vibe, you can listen to their single from it here.
Just recently they released another single which you can look for on their newest EP, ‘The Waxing Crescent’. This deeply experimental track is named Opal’s Deception and was actually inspired by the Artemis Fowl book series; you can peep it here.
You can catch ZeroGravity this October in Minneapolis with Spankalicious, in Green Bay with Grimblee, aaand they’ll be doing a special b2b with their buddy, Deerskin before Jade Cicada in Campbell’s Port, Wisconsin.
