Toronto has seen many upsets with their sport teams, year after promising year. It seems that the true superstars come from the depths of their music scene.
Zeds Dead has smashed almost every major festival ground in America; even in Chicago, they played Lollapalooza in 2012, Spring Awakening in 2013, and will be playing Sunday of North Coast 2014.
Today, they release their collaboration with Twin Shadow and D\’Angelo Lacy entitled Lost You. Their take on deep house is heard in this tune, but it isn\’t too long before we hear a gritty dubstep breakdown. This track has no download link or purchase site; it\’s actually a preview to the duo\’s forthcoming EP.
According to Pitchfork, Somewhere Else will be released on Mad Decent on July 1st. Here is the official track list:
