After a brief, and confusing, absence from the world of social media, we finally have Wolfgang Gartner back in our lives. And a really long message directed toward his fans.
The essence is this: The American producer, now having been in the game for 20 years, wants to make music he cares about, music that moves us to dance, while still making sure it\’s relevant years from now. This is his new trek, fighting against the trends of \”count-down-the-drop\” summer \”bangers\” that widely define how dance music came to be known these past few years, paralleled to the festivals that showcased them.
\”To be safe is to be like everything else out there. I\’m just trying to have a good time making an album of music that will inspire and make a lot of people happy,\” said his Facebook post, which you can read in full here.
So whether this is Wolfy 2.0 or No-Boundaries-Wolfgang, it\’s not something we\’ll want to miss out on. I think it\’s even safe to say we can expect a better and badder Wolf.
