196 Below, a pop-up parlor in Australia is serving up scoops of glow in the dark ice cream made with non-toxic UV additives that causes it to glow in the dark. The glowing ice cream is made with liquid nitrogen coming in three flavors raspberry, pine-lime and mango passion fruit.
196 Below founder Steve Felice told the Daily Mail he was inspired to make the ice cream by 90s raves, where people were always downing ice cream and slathering it over each other\’s chests in a drug-addled stupor, right?
