After what felt like a near eternity, the end of March has finally arrived and deadmau5’s ‘lots of shows in a row’ tour has officially commenced!
The Mau5 Head’s 2017 tour garnered some serious hype not just from fans but the general electronic music community over the course of its inception, and did for good reason.
The reamp and rebirth of deadmau5’s trademarking stage production – the Cube 2.1.
Teased through short clips and blogs for months, the Cube 2.1 is straight out of a technological fantasy. With 16 panels completely synced with the music AND visuals, deadmau5’s newest brain child raises the already high standard for innovative stage design.
The Cube 2.1 was debuted last night in New York City at the Hammerstein Ballroom to kick off Zimmerman’s nation wide tour, and thanks to some faithful fans, we have gathered some footage for you to see.
