Anjunabeats’ rising star Spencer Brown has just released his debut mix LP, Illusion of Perfection, a journey through the artists’ forward-thinking production and style. His debut release ‘Chalice’, supported by Above & Beyond, was released on Avicii’s LE7ELS imprint and he has been rocketing into the scene with recognition from the likes of Pete Tong, Armin Van Buren, and more.
The LP mix displays the San Francisco-native’s ability to blend emotion with elation, avant-garde sounds with timeless ones. The hour-long set provides a look into Spencer Brown’s evolution in sound and showcases the many pieces of genre-defying music we are going to be getting from him in the future.
