Send nudes! Not to me, but to DJ Strategy. This Chicago DJ is stirring up a movement with the simple slogan, \”send nudes\”. Here\’s why you should pay attention!
Strategy is a versatile DJ who blends a wide range of House, Hip Hop, and Trap with frequent live scratching. His raw turntable chops alone are noteworthy, but one day things got extra interesting. Strategy says one day he was in Miami and had a hat made that read \”SEND NUDES\”: a favorite slogan of his – because who doesn\’t love nudes? Immediately people were raving about the hat, so he made some stickers and it was all uphill from there…
These days, while continuing to mix and produce hip hop, DJ Strategy can be found on his nearly viral Snapchat slapping stickers on all kinds of willing ladies in support of nudes. This branding strategy (pun intended) dances on the line between raunchy and liberating for all sexes.
Now he plans to expand beyond Snapchat with his own series of Send Nudes events benefiting breast cancer awareness. No, that\’s not a typo. The inaugural event is set to take place Friday March 4th at LA Social in Lincoln Park and features himself and fellow Chicagoans Milk N Cooks, and DJ Dolo. This party should be wild!
