With memories from Spring Awakening this weekend still as fresh in our minds as the sunburn on our backs, it\’s about time to start rounding up some footage from the big acts of the weekend. One of the most talked about sets came from none other than Skrillex and Diplo\’s side project, Jack Ü. Since they were announced as SAMF\’s surprise headliner, as well as their first ever Midwest appearance as a duo, the buzz about their live show was thick.
As soon as they started the show with an adaptation of the Chicago Bulls intro theme, Soldier Field was destined to get rowdy, and Jack Ü threw down a very fitting set. Check it out below.
Also noteworthy, Skrillex\’s official after party, which naturally turned into a back-to-back set with Diplo, unexpectedly ended up as a back-to-back-to-back performance with Hardwell joining the mix.
