Attention, Earthlings. Lend me your ear.
Porter Robinson made contact with his fans Monday by dropping a 10-hour video on his website. But the message transmitted could have been summed up in a couple minutes.
The first hour (and then some) loops an alien-like, robotic voice, repeating the word \”Worlds,\” the name of his highly-anticipated new album. Though there is no release date set yet, Robinson told Billboard in an interview recently that DJing will be put on the back burner as he channels his energy on producing \”Worlds.\” He also told Billboard that he wants to revisit his roots that brought him into the EDM world without abandoning the \”style dance music\” that brought him popularity.
