One Small Step for Anna Lunoe. One Giant Step for Women.

In 1920 women were first allowed to vote, and in 2014 Krewella ended up being the first female group to play the Kinetic Field. Now in 2016 women have made another monumental stride. Anna Lunoe and Alison Wonderland both set a milestone for women across the world by becoming the first women to play a solo set on EDC Las Vegas’s main stage.

Alison Wonderland tweeted, “This is the first year EDC LV has had women on the main stage. I feel honored and also a massive responsibility to represent what’s right.”

It’s taken Anna Lunoe ten years of, “Non-stop grindin,” to make this massive movement for the female gender. Women have made such tremendous strides over the years and there’s no telling what they will accomplish next; all we can do is wait and watch.
