We all hope he gets well soon because Calvin Harris will not be performing at the 20th annual MTV European Music Awards. The awards ceremony is to take place Sunday (Nov. 9) in Glasgow, Scotland.

Harris became sick before the awards were to take place. The network took to Facebook to break the news to fans.

He is up for two awards, Best Electronic Act and Best UK and Ireland Act.
