Fresh off performing at big festivals including Lollapalooza and Bumbershoot, masked DJ/producer Marshmello shows no sign of slowing down. He has taken on Dutch artist Martin Garrix’s single “Oops” for a remix, continuing his trajectory into the spotlight. Marshmello previewed the remix during his set at Ultra Singapore.
The result maintains the video game elements of the original, but adds a unique, melodic future bass twist to it. Marshmello’s successful singles, particularly “Alone”, have catapulted him into the limelight of the industry. Now, with a name like Martin Garrix in his repertoire, he is surely to further enter the electronic music industry’s collective consciousness.
