Fresh off of the success of their latest single, \”Fire\”, Chicago-based duo Louis The Child has just surprised us with the announcement of an all new project. Their new side project, named \”Pellican Child\”, is done with New Orleans-based rapper Pell and the trio has just debuted an all new single.
The new single, titled \”Turn Me Down\”, has a strong focus on Pell\’s smooth vocals and the instrumental, done by Louis the Child, reminds us all of what we love about LTC\’s production. The combination of styles is unlike anything we\’ve heard from either of the two, but it has a great feel good vibe that we\’re totally in to.
A little bit of Hip-Hop, Electronic and Indie, \”Turn Me Down\” will be sure to become a hit within the coming months, and Pellican Child will be performing their new single live in LA this Friday. Word is also that an EP is in the works for 2017, and this first dope collaboration has us all wanting to hear what\’s next.
