This year in EDM has had a great number of stars rise above the rest and demand the spotlight from the scene, but this year has had an exceptional supernova in the form of Norwegian tropical house producer Kygo. Even if you weren\’t interested in the EDM scene or even involved in the slightest in the electronic music world, it would be hard to ignore Kyrre\’s featuring in FIFA 16, Olympic Performance with Julia Michaels and his daunting feat of becoming the fastest artist to hit one billion streams on Spotify. Kygo is gracefully climbing up the ranks, and lucky for us, taking no days off in the process.
On his official facebook page, he has leaked a 30 second snippet of his upcoming single \”Carry On With You\”. The song maintains Kygo\’s signature tropical sound with his lush bells and pads and is pushed forward with a pulsating kick and subtle hat combination with the icing on the top being brought by Charlie Puth\’s euphoric falsetto that punctures in and out of the mix to bring us a dreamy landscape only Kyrre could feed us. So much could be said about just the 30 seconds he\’s given us, and the hype is real for him to officially release this baddie. Check out his official teaser below!
