Justin Bieber and Jack Ü just challenged conventional dance music with an experimental live performance at this years Grammy Awards. Justin Bieber first took the circle center-stage with an acoustic guitar to give a soulful performance of his hit song \”Love Yourself.\” After hitting the last note, Bieber abandoned the acoustic guitar and leapt to the main stage to join Diplo and Skrillex for their innovative take on \”Where Are Ü Now.\”
The performance featured Skrillex killing it on the guitar and Diplo playing keyboard and big band drums. Also joining them on stage was a live drummer.
On top of an original performance, Jack Ü took home the Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Recording. Justin Bieber also received his first Grammy tonight for his part in the collaboration \”Where Are Ü Now.\”
