With Coachella approaching fast at our heels, Diplo shared information with CBS News regarding Jack Ü and their plans to release new music right as festival season is to begin.

The Major Lazer artist recently performed in Cuba for a crowd of 400,000, marking it as a historic event and one of the most attended shows in Cuba ever. In the exclusive interview, Diplo told CBS, \”Before I came down to you, I was sitting on my computer editing some new songs for the Jack Ü project, because we want to put something out around Coachella.\”
Throwing it back November, the Mad Decent boss told 103.3 AMP Radio host Vanessa Hale that Major Lazer also a single that will be dropped around Coachella time with The Weeknd.
The two-weekend festival takes place from Apr. 15-17 and 22-24 in Indio, California.
