Prior to Insomniac\’s flagship festival EDC Las Vegas, rumors began to swirl around Dutch mega-star Hardwell would potentially be performing an unannounced set. The rumors turned out to be true when attendees received push notifications to when and where the set was taking place. His unannounced set took place at 10pm at the Mayan Art Car stage ahead of his Mainstage appearance.
The Dutch based DJ opened the exclusive set with Lade Bee\’s \”Bring the trumpets\”. Shortly after he grabbed the mic and said, \”My name is Hardwell. Are you ready for something different?\” For about an hour, Hardwell surprised his fans by playing Hip-Hop and Moombahton tracks. The exclusive set demonstrates his knowledge of genres outside of his signature big room sound.
