The people behind Belgian company Image-Line have announced that version 12 of their Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) software FL Studio, formally knows as Fruity Loops, will also be available for Mac OS.
For Mac users it has always been a struggle to get the software to run fluidly on a Mac. The decision to also make it available for that group of users will make a lot of people very happy. Users with a Windows system don\’t have to worry about the time invested in the development of the Windows version as Image-Line states:
\”the team working on the conversion to OS X is completely separate from the Windows development team. They talk, but don’t share any bodies that we know of, so it’s business as usual on the Microsoft side of things.\”
