Election day is upon us, and artists and industry leaders are banding together to mobilize fans across the electronic dance community to get out to the voting booths. Using #WeDanceWeVote, many artists are actually facilitating meaning political dialogue in the Twittersphere. And we all know how hard that meaningful discussion can be in 140 characters or less.
Check out just a few artists who\’ve contributed to the online movement to sway undecided voters in the 2016 election: Destructo, Kaskade, Anna Lunoe, Alison Wonderland, Major Lazer, Mija, and MUST DIE! While many of these candidates have publicly come out in support of a major party candidate, they are using the #WeDanceWeVote hashtag as a non-partisan campaign effort.
