Having been under attack these past couple weeks by Ferrari and Disney, there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel for Deadmau5. A tunnel he can drive his new Nissan in.
By now we\’re all familiar with the Canadian producer\’s Purrari, which he raced during the Gumball 3000 rally in Europe this past summer. Showcased in a Nyan Cat inspired wrap, and attempted to be sold by the DJ himself not long after the rally, the car faced its demise after Ferrari distributed a cease-and-desist in regards to the intricate Nyan Cat decoration. The badges and floor mats were also said to have been changed to match the \”remodeled\” car.
So the Purrari may no longer exist, but there is someone else offering deadmaus another chance at owning a Nyan Cat inspired car.
Nissan.
The Japanese car manufacturer took the opportunity to win favor with Joel and customized a Nissan GTR just for him, available when he wishes. No legal action. Just his own Nyssan.
