The anticipation a new song teaser brings is beyond wild, especially when it\’s coming from two unique producers.
If you haven\’t heard of Italian producer Congorock, you may not have been following dance music for too long. With chart smashing hits such as Ivory and even the opportunity to tour with worldwide singer Rihanna after his remix of her song Diamonds, Congorock made a name for himself early in the modern dance music scene. After being somewhat less active in releasing tunes, he now brings this collaboration with a familiar face.
I would certainly consider Clockwork a heavyweight champion in the current electro house ring. Not because of his recent release of Champion, but because of what he has brought to the table. Firstly, Henry Steinway himself is quite the talent; managing to spin and produce as both Clockwork and RL Grime has been pretty successful so far for him. Aside from RL Grime\’s trap takeover, Clockwork has seen success in the electro house genre, with massive releases including Surge and Titan.
On this new collab, you hear a lot of Clockwork\’s relentless style; a heavy bassline topped off with some mastered drums. They ditched the big room kick on this one and decided to go for a cleaner sound focusing on a long buildup and bassline.
