Up and coming Chicago DJ duo Secret Sauce are entering the scene with their new single “Breaking”, co-produced by Quin Pearson. Out now, the track features sultry vocals from singer Anna Lies and a future house drop that can be easily played in a club setting.
Secret Sauce is a DJ/Producer duo formed by DJ M.I. and Gxxd Stress. M.I. hailing from the New Jersey Club scene and Gxxd Stress from the soulful streets of St. Louis, both artists moved to Chicago to attend Columbia College. There, M.I. and Gxxd Stress collaborated to remix a song for a class and combine their styles. Having worked well together on this project, they decided to make a few songs outside of class until they felt that it was right to form a group.
Six months later, they are releasing their first song and finally launching their collaborative duo project. Secret Sauce have an EP in the works right now with singer/songwriter, Kyle Woodcock, and are planning on releasing it before 2017. The EP is largely future bass with influence from multiple genres.
