Carnage had quite the exchange of tweets recently, starting last week when a fan pointed out that the DJ was using a cracked version of the music software plug-in, Sylenth1, in his 808 Tutorial with gaming company Razer. The artist not only acknowledged the observation but admitted to it.

Things got a little more serious yesterday for the DJ when LennarDigital, the company behind Sylenth1, got involved.
@djcarnage @atoms2k Hi, we're happy to make it a matter. You do understand you don't have any copyrights using illegal software?

And wait, that\’s not all. The FPIA, Fake Producers Intelligence Agency, decided to put their two cents in. The FPIA has a mission to expose producers violating copyright laws. Carnage\’s response was pretty priceless.
@TheFPIA annnndddd drum roll please…. 😏 it wasn't my computer in the video… Case closed buddy.. don't forget to pre order #PAPIGORDO

This situation could turn into something very serious if LennarDigital decides to proceed with busting Carnage for copyright infringement. Lessons of the day: Download legally and be careful what you say on social media!
