Buku Music + Art Project releases full 2017 schedule
Buku Music + Art Project announced its performance schedule for their six annual festival. The 2017 installation will host names like Zeds Dead, deadmau5, Tycho, 21 Savage, San Holo, Jauz and more. Staged at Mardi Gras World, Buku will be home to a variety of unique artists March 10 and 11.
The Live Graffiti Gallery, curated by Dogslobber, will also be returning to Buku this year. The installation will highlight 14 New Orleans artists including: Achoo, Axe, Dvote, Fat Kids, Henry Lipkis, Kate Hanrahan, Meek, Pat Phillips, Swan, Task, Trial, Uter, Wooly, and Sweetalk. At the end of the two-day fest, each 10×8 ft panel will be auctioned off. All proceeds will benefit Animal Rescue New Orleans (ARNO) and Upbeat Academy Foundation, a program for at-risk New Orleans youth.
