Leave it to Avicii to raise the bar on innovation when he released his latest music video for \”Waiting For Love.\”
The Swedish DJ decided to create an interactive music video where fans have access to a 360-degree camera angle and actually choose what they watch. To help bring this new technology and concept to life, Avicii had help from YouTube itself and musician/video editor Kurt Schneider. While watching the video, it does have a bit of a video game feel to it as the quality is not perfect, but it seems fitting since the track itself is comparable to a video game soundtrack. The video features some choreographed dancers as well as a brief appearance or two from the DJ himself.
The track was co-produced by Martin Garrix with vocals by Simon Aldred and is expected to appear on Avicii\’s next anticipated album titled Stories.
