If you were in Chicago this summer, you know that Afterlife was one of the best parties in the city.
The event, which took place Saturdays at Grand Bar at 1600 W. Grand Avenue, will be returning to the city this fall season with a series of warehouse parties. It kicks off this Saturday at 11 P.M. and features DJ Icey and Keith MacKenzie as headliners; Icey is from Tampa, and MacKenzie is from Chicago and part of Smookie Illson.
Chicago favorites Kings of Class and Bentley Dean are also performing, along with support by DBOT, Russ Christopher, and B.Hebda. The party goes until 8 in the morning, and features late night sets from Bucky Fargo, Twitchin Skratch, Pipes, and a back to back set from Nikho and GoodSex.
