As many of you are aware, the final edition of The Pool House event at Primary took place last Sunday. Since their inception in 2012, the artist collective behind the weekly event have launched their own record label, become a staple in the local underground scene, and represent an optimistic future for the next generation of Chicago producers and DJs. Despite having decided to go into the new year focusing predominantly on the label, by no means is this the end of the Sunday nights at Primary Night Club.
The Pool House and Primary Presents have teamed up with a diverse group of local artists to build a new home for their art-centric event series, Act Natural. Formerly held at Lacuna Artist Lofts, Act Natural expands upon The Pool House’s highly-regarded (and by many – religiously attended) Sunday event. Set to take place every Sunday at Primary Night Club, the first installment of the event series will be kicking off tonight. With Primary Presents and The Pool House behind the event, the magic of the Sunday tradition will continue to live on!
