I am certain that people might be a little tired of the numerous remixes of ZHU\’s remarkable track \’Faded\’. Sure, we like to hear producers\’ new interpretations of the song, but it could be annoying to filter which version is worth a listen or not. Well, I am here to tell you Absence has succeeded. This producer takes the original track and slows it down even further to bring a chill vibe. When the song reaches to the drop, it explodes with more energy. The sounds of the drop are obnoxious and seemed unexpectedly weird. With that in mind, I still am addicted to listening to it. It\’s something different, and it\’s enjoyable.
If you have not heard of Absence\’s previous work, I highly suggest you take a couple minutes to listen. It will be worth your time. He manipulates music from great artist such as Lana Del Ray, Wiz Khalifa, and Diplo and proves his ability to make a unique track. Oh, did I mention he gives away all of his music away for FREE? Absence\’s style is very versatile because of the directions he is able to go about each remix. This \’Faded\’ remix splits away from his previous tracks that incorporate more of a guitar sound and tropical house elements (similar but different to Kygo). He does not seem to be constrained to one style when it comes to producing a track. I mean, there is no \’right\’ way a song should sound, so being bold is appreciated in the long run in this industry. Absence truly is a bold producer that proved to have the ability to think outside the box and still deliver beautiful music. To that, I applaud to you. Enjoy the track!
