The 33-year-old Lauren Goodger is going for a jog frequently to keep her curvaceous body in good shape. This Sunday morning, she was seen while she stepped out for a run near her home in Essex.
While the UK remains in lockdown, Lauren is self-isolating but goes out for fresh air to keep her body fit and healthy.

The voluptuous TV-personality is wearing a purple t-shirt which she tied up into a knot to show off her tummy, and also had a pair of matching tights on.
She recently defended Kylie Jenner when media spotted a photoshop mistake on one of her photos, and then Lauren said: “Loool don’t we all? Doesn’t mean she’s fat or ugly. It’s Instagram!!”
