It’s been 4 years since DAMIVN (Damian) ’s latest release, but the Belgian artist has been keeping busy producing for others. Today marks the launch of his new single “Something Good”, and what an exciting welcome back it is!
The new uplifting track features DAMIVN’s unique production abilities: blending melodic tones with an energetic house beat, as well as an inescapable bass giving the track a massive thump. The added vocals create a positive vibe that’s surely to make its rounds in the upcoming festival season.
DAMIVN started as a hip-hop producer for a local rapper and soon after transitioned to hairstyle. In 2012, he released a massive mashup of 116 songs in 6 minutes, going viral on publications like Vice. The artist also opened up record label “DUSTLA” to help young bass & electronic music artists with resources and support. “DUSTLA” worked with artists like Sikdope, Dr. Ozi, No Mana, and more.
