Swedish pop artist and internationally renowned artistic innovator Frida Sundemo releases 4 unique remixes of her track “Islands.” Her debut album Flashbacks & Futures topped charts, “Islands” being one of the most popular singles. The Remix EP features three remixes and a unique rework by Frida Sundemo herself.
Kicking off the EP is Sondr with an upbeat groove Remix, adding to their long list of tracks they have remixed. Second is Dark Dark Horse, who not only put their own euphoric twist on the track, but also added gospel vocals to accompany the original. Next, BOA slows down the tempo with an ambient remix. Wrapping up the EP is the “Pure Version” by Frida Sundemo. This time around she strips down the original version of “Islands” featuring vocals, piano and a touch of cello in the background.
