Welcome to the fourteenth edition of Viva La Bass, a weekly playlist dedicated to showcasing innovative, avant-garde, and timeless bass music. When you try to introduce heavy bass music to a new listener, it can sometimes be difficult to showcase the beauty between the growls, but it is there. I notice the truly beautiful moments when a song\’s build totally grabs my attention to the point that when the bass drops, I am simply an amorphous form floating through the sounds. In the end, to say that a song isn\’t beautiful because of it\’s intensity of sounds, is just plain silly. I hope the songs below will prove that point.
