The Ookay remix competition for his latest single \”Thief\” has been one of the bigger competitions in recent memory. Drawing producers of all different sizes and genres, the original had a certain uniqueness that inspired many to put their own spin on the track.
Given the contest\’s popularity, it\’s an anomaly when certain remixes cut through all the noise. Phoenix based producer duo Yokaii\’s submission was among those that stood out. Amping up the energy to a very high level, they paired the identifiable saxophone riff of the original with a dubstep style sequence.
