History has shown that those who mess with deadmau5 receive his wrathful fury in return and the story was no different for a West Coast Vape Supply after they created a line of electronic cigarettes called \’deadmodz\’.
Joel Zimmerman (deadmau5) believes that the deadmodz e-cig brand is purposefully infringing on deadmau5\’s trademark and using his brand to sell more e-cigs. While the names are very similar, the e-cig brand\’s logo also uses the same font as deadmau5\’s. The lawsuit is for trademark infringement and false association.

Deadmau5\’s lawsuit of West Coast Vape Supply comes after many warnings from Zimmerman\’s attorney, which resulted in a website and logo re-design. But that wasn\’t enough for deadmau5, because the company continues to sell the deadmodz e-cigs to this day. West Coast Vape Supply should be expecting the legal fury of deadmau5 in the very near future.
