This weekend is a big weekend in Las Vegas as they are hosting EDC Vegas. With tons of awesome artists it was sure to bring in tons of people. But with bringing in tons of people that involves some people bringing problems with them. With that being said this morning the Las Vegas police released their statistics for the Felony arrests, over doses, accidents, and more related EDC incidents.
So far the statistics for day 2 show that there were 408 minor medical calls and 7 people transported to the local hospitals.
Following the 408 medical calls there were 26 narcotic-related felony arrests, eight misdemeanor arrests, five misdemeanor citations, and two gross misdemeanor arrests. Also one DUI and one traffic accident as well.
Police have also said that there was one death connected to EDC but no more information has been given. They will release a name and cause of death soon.
With the event organizer of Insomniac saying there was roughly 135,000 people attending EDC Las Vegas on day 2 only 69 people got ejected from this event.
