This weekend is the highly anticipated Electric Daisy Carnival weekend down in Las Vegas, NV and it seems as if every year gets bigger and better with its production. But Insomniac\’s EDC was not always this way.
The festival started back in 1995 and was first held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles where approximately 5,000 ravers attended. As Pasquale Rotella\’s early vision started to evolve with the popularity of the EDM culture amongst millennials, the festival grounds were then moved to Las Vegas. EDC now consists of thousands of headliners as well as some of the best production setups in the world. Since then, the Insomniac company has become world wide with their multiple festivals and is now worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
