After unleashing their electro house hit “Titus” on Dim Mak last summer, California-based duo PeaceTreaty return to the label with their melodic masterpiece “Strangers.”
Combining swooning vocals and a mesmerizing electro groove with harmonizing piano riffs, the tandem constructs an addictive record that’s sure to become a staple for this coming festival season.
Comprised of Josh Anaya and Angelo Patino-Patroni, PeaceTreaty began their DJ career back in 2010 by spinning sets at local warehouse parties in their hometown of Chino Hills, California. Since then, the pair have been recognized for their expert studio work and commissioned to produce official remixes for artists including Diplo, A-Trak, Steve Aoki, Sidney Samson, and Dada Life. Last year their Adventure Club bootleg of “Wonder” stood out amongst the sea of unofficial SoundCloud reworks to rack up more than 500,000 plays and receive radio support from heavy-hitters Tiesto and MAKJ.
