Most festivals have gotten known for involving women dressing \”provocatively\” especially because festival season coincides with warm weather. In Cambodia the famous 10 day long festival Kazantip has been banned due to incidents involving blackmail and violence leading up the festivals open date.
Chhin Seng Nguon, deputy governor of Sihanoukville, is not taking this lightly, as they have blocked off access to the bridge to the venue and says anyone who dares pass with face legal actions.
