Born and raised in London, multi-instrumentalist Hugo Valentine has finally arrived on the scene as a singer-songwriter and is starting to cause quite a stir. His sound captures the essence of British and in particular London culture. His songs are of a catchy nature, always packed full of lyrical depth and color, and his influences are widespread, ranging from Elton John to Coldplay, Tom Odell to Arctic Monkeys, and David Bowie, among many others.

The track ‘Live Another Day’ is an appeal to a sufferer of drug addiction. It is a message of hope and inspiration, but also of understanding of the pain and fear that come with addiction. Hugo explores the idea of desperation, but always with a glimmer of hope, a light at the end of the tunnel. The melodies and lyrics aim to instill the listener with positivity, to help them relate and to find light and hope in their own struggles. A fiercely emotive and catchy song of great depth and color.
